The payment is easy to understand and straight forward:
Setup fee = $4995 this is a one time up front fee that you pay to us for setting everything up and providing the initial training to you.
Ongoing monthly fee = $295/month, this covers ongoing training, support, hosting & maintenance on the system.
Your only other real investment is your time, you should plan to spend 20-25 hrs per week.
